Property plans for Epstein's private tropical island among the photographs.
Also included in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a key identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
